Hi Jason, It seems like you didn't enable OTP mode. If the gateway cannot encrypt and you have enabled "quarantine of failed encryption" the message will be put in quarantine. So, you either have to make sure that there is a valid S/MIME certificate or a valid PDF password for the recipient. Since you mentioned OTP, I guess you want to enable OTP mode. You should therefore select "OTP" for the global settings. I noticed that you selected a "client secret" for the global settings. Normally every recipient should have a personal "client secret" and not share it. It's therefore better to put the ""client secret" setting for the global settings back to inherit and select "Auto create client secret". With "Auto create client secret" enabled, a unique client secret for a recipient gets generated when required.
