You can select a signing certificate for your domain (i.e., the domain you are sending from) and still use individual signing certificates. If there is no signing certificate for a sender, the message will be signed with the domain signing certificate. If there is a valid signing certificate for the sender, it will use that certificate (if signing is enabled). It might be that "Always use freshest signing certificate" should be selected but this I need to check.
