This is currently not supported out of the box. I think you can accomplish this by changing the mail flow in the config.xml file. The pdfEncrypt processor should changed to always email the passwords. This is doable I think but requires some configuration changes. Another option would be to enable encryption notification. This way the sender will be notified that the email is encrypted (with the current password).
