Only the IP addresses added to "My networks" are allowed to relay email 
to external users. You therefore have to make sure that only the IP 
addresses that are under your control are approved (for example only 
approve internal IP addresses if you use NAT). External IP addresses 
which are not approved (i.e., which are not added to "My networks") can 
only send email to the relay domains (i.e., the domains for which the 
server handles email, aka, your internal domains).
