I can make it optional that a CC will be sent to the replier? I'm not sure whether it's a good idea to allow the user to provide a CC address since this can be used for example to spam someone else. Also this make it harder to enforce some kind of security policy. The reply itself is processed by the gateway. The reply therefore can be encrypted if the settings of the user says that email should be encrypted. What about adding a PDF option something like "auto CC to replier" ? if the option is enabled, the PDF replier will get a CC of his/her reply.
