You can configure most postfix parameters in any way you want just as
long as you make sure that incoming email is sent to the local
encryption engine (a after queue content filter). So to answer you
question, "no this will be conflicting with djigzo".

That said, instead of configuring relay recipient maps, you might use
the "Reject unverified recipient" option on the MTA page. This way the
gateway "learns" which users are valid users or not by probing the
internal email server.
