Since in your case the URL contains /djigzo, I belief you are not using the Virtual Appliance but have installed it yourself. During the installation procedure you have to create a file djigzo.xml (see install guide). You can either rename djigzo.xml to some other name or use ROOT.xml in which case the URL will use / (the root context). This is actually mentioned in the installation guides.
