This is not supported out of the box but this can be configured by
changing config.xml. It should be noted that "bouncing" a message might
result in your server being blacklisted by spam filters. For example if
a spammer forges a sender address, your server might send a notification
back to the forged sender. You should therefore use a very good spam
filter and filter out all spam before "bouncing" back messages.

If you are interested I might give you a hint on how to configure
config.xml to send a notification for non-sgned email.
