By default PGP/INLINE for incoming email is not enabled. PGP/INLINE
requires that every email is completely scanned for PGP parts. That's
why it is not enabled by default because not everyone needs PGP/INLINE
support. You need to enable it for the global settings.

Can you send me (directly to me) the log file so I can have a look.
Could you also send the file which was not decrypted?
