Most likely, the email sent by the tax accountant is encrypted with PGP/INLINE but PGP/INLINE is not enabled for the recipient (either globally or on domain or for the individual recipient(s)). Can you check the following: 1. Is the email that was not decrypted, encrypted with PGP/INLINE? 2. Is "Enable PGP/INLINE to internal" checked?
