This worked OK for me
I don't even think I needed to download aeskulap separately
2015_07_10
Down loaded aeskulap-0.2.2-0.19beta1.fc21.x86_64.rpm from F21 mirror
Installed on F22 as follows
dnf --nogpgcheck --releasever=21 install
aeskulap-0.2.2-0.19beta1.fc21.x86_64.rpm
