Exactly. The beta uses updates-testing. You will 
continue to do dnf upgrade and on or slightly before 
release date, an updated repo package will be 
installed. This will disable updates-testing and 
enable updates. The same will happen for rpmfusion-
free (already has) and rpmfusion-nonfree. At this 
point, you will be using f23 and not a testing system. 
If you care to run updates-testing, then you will need 
to enable it.
