It sounds like you need a stronger approach. Can you go here https://www.alsa-project.org/main/index.php/Help_To_Debug and download the alsainfo.sh script and run it. Put the output in a file when it asks you. Then use fpaste (a fedora package) to put the file in the fedora project pastebin.
