It might be worth running a --scrub=all on the affected chroots as well as checking whether you have local overrides to the mock config files (in /etc/mock or ~/.config/mock*). There was a recent thread on fedora-buildsys about a similar issue someone had with the mock 2.0 update. -- Todd
