Isn't that error message the result of trying to install brave-browser?

As I said....

It seems you *don't* get...

[root@f31x ~]# rpm -qa | grep c2d4e821-5e7252b8
gpg-pubkey-c2d4e821-5e7252b8

Do you?

So, you have to import it with the "rpm --import" command.  Did that work?
