Selinux-policy-targeted rpm triggers restorecon, sometimes on a
*lot* of files and directorties (today were /proc and /dev). Restorecon
uses only a single core, so it takes a lot of time.

You can always check 'htop', or 'ps aux | grep restorecon' to see how it
is going and what directories are relabaled.
