Grubby is already returning the right kernel parameters.  Not sure why I
would need to run this.


re: As far as setting /etc/default/grub LINUX_CMDLINE args, those appear to
be used by grub2-mkconfig, not grubby.
So I ran this:

# grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/EFI/fedora/grub.cfg
Generating grub configuration file ...
Adding boot menu entry for EFI firmware configuration
done

and it made no difference.

So I ran this:

# grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
Generating grub configuration file ...
Adding boot menu entry for EFI firmware configuration
done

Also made no difference.
