f31:: thunderbird/kde:: extension of window below desktop

Hi! So, because my mouse started to root it seems that a wrong or too long click did something to my thunderbird: the thunderbird windows actually goes under what is possible below desktop. The scrolling goes under the monitor window and obviously the cursor cannot go there. the thunderbird window cannot be resized in vertical size and also cannot be moved vertically ...

Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
