Not sure if there is any value running via virt-viewer v.s. using virt-manager.
I like it because I just get one window cluttering things up. I've tried
closing or minimizing the virt-manager main window before and it takes
the virtual machine window with it.
That never happened for me. I can resize and I can close virt-manager and the
VM's
window stays open. The virt-manager window takes up only a small portion of my
2560x1440 display.
All my machine are qemu and the keystroke menu was never greyed out
on earlier fedora versions. I'm pretty sure it is a real bug, but I'll see
if anyone responds to the bugzilla next week.
Yes, all my VM's a qemu and that is what I was missing until I read the man
page. :-)
I'll have to try other VM's, all Fedora, to see if the grey out is for all
VM's. I no longer
have a Windows VM. I broke the ones I had and the only reason I had them was to
access the ATM of Taiwan Post Office. But they changed things and I can't
figure out
what the error message means in Chinese.
