You don't want to be messing around with changing partition sizes if you don't
have another computer around.

Assuming the BLS conversion happened, look in /boot/loader/entries/ and remove
any entries that don't correspond to installed kernels. If they aren't there,
then you'll have to regenerate the grub config file.
