rpm -q kernel-core
will list all install kernels
sudo dnf remove kernel-core-<eldest version number here>

kernel-core is a metapackages and will remove all kernel packages belonging to 
a kernel version

rpm -q memtest 
or
rpm -qa | grep memtest
sudo dnf remove <eldest memtest>
