Most of my F39 Plasma installations use KDM. None use SDDM. A few use TDM. IIRC,
none of my F40 installations have Plasma (or SDDM, or GDM, or LightDM) 
installed.
KDM is still showing as available in F40. Mine not using KDM are using TDM.
