It seems like there's a problem with Wayland.
I had similar issues with Bluetooth. So, I did a fresh install and
rec-onfiguraed KDE with plasma-x11.
plasma-workspace-x11-6.5.1-1.fc43.x86_64
In my opinion, Wayland is still unstable in some cases and has language-related
issues.
