Sounds like some application which is trying to make thumbnails is
complaining.
If your thumbnails are still being created, you may not need to add an
"allow" policy module. You might just create a "dontaudit" rule.
But if your thumbnails are not being created, you can file a bug and get
the policy fixed.
Do you see what process (check /var/log/audit/audit.log for details) is
throwing the error?
As far as I know I'm not creating thumbnails. Some application must be,
and why did it start to happen after I upgraded to F43?
