Updating f43 system ends with error

Error in POSTTRANS scriptlet in rpm package kernel-modules

Have been regularly updating f43 since it dropped. This is the first to
show the error. Curious as the efi partition has the following
structure. Changes over time have all been to /boot/efi/EFI/Linux no
entries over time to /boot/efi

What is going on in the kernel-modules scriptlet for dracut to try these
types of tmp storage?
