Hello, I use the quick-fedora-mirror script (https://pagure.io/quick-fedora-mirror/) to sync with the fedora repos. The fullfiletimelist-fedora (https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/fullfiletimelist-fedora) appears to have incorrect timestamps, so I think every mirror using the script is pulling every single package down every night. Whatever script the Fedora team uses to build the fullfiletimelist-fedora list may need fixing.
For example, the https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/43/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/4/4Pane-8.0-13.fc43.x86_64.rpm package's correct timestamp is 1753286593 (Jul 23 16:03:13 2025 UTC); however, the value reported in fullfiletimelist-fedora is 1764826545 (Dec 04 05:35:45 2025 UTC).
