Hi,
I've just tried to compile the latest ndiswrapper (V1.63) in F43 that I have downloaded from sourceforge because none of the repositories in fedora appear to have it even with the rpmfusion repositories enabled (it has been specified that for fedora the rpmfusion repositories may need to be enabled) and I'm getting compile error about implicit function definitions which may be because I don't have all the source packages needed installed (I'll need to check all the dependencies again), but what is more disconcerting is it is producing a warning specifying:
*** Warning: This kernel lacks wireless extensions.
Wireless drivers will not work properly.

Is this warning referring to kernel-6.19.7 and kernel-6.19.6, because I got the warning under both kernels, or is it referring to the kernel interface in ndiswrapper itself?

ndiswrapper is obsolete.  It uses the discontinued wireless api and only worked with really old drivers anyway.

Thanks Samuel, I was just trying ndiswrapper as that was the main hits I was getting with searches for using a Windows wireless driver for the wifi motherboard chipset I have that works fine under windows.

regards,
