I highly doubt you can use that win driver for anything.
A search however easily discovered that a 1'st patchset for MT7927
has just been sent to the linux kernel - but it will most likely take
another 6 months before it lands in a stable Fedora kernel.
But you could have a go at it yourself in the meantime:

Thanks Alan, I'll try that out under KVM if I can get the wireless
