Thank you! Is the LICENSE file at: https://github.com/maitra/pa-applet/blob/master/LICENSE seems to be BSD 2-Clause simplified license, per what github seems to think it is. I had not seen this before, but I am not sure now if it will get through Fedora's repositories.
