I am on pretty old hardware running Fedora 41. I am delaying my upgrade as
my hardware is old.

I am using a Skull Candy Bluetooth headset (Smokin Buds). The speaker
functionality works just fine.

But even though the microphone is detected it picks up no sound.

I know debugging Bluetooth is hell on Linux, but just letting you know this
headphone works seamlessly on Windows, AND use to work on Fedora 40, if you
can believe it.

Let me know if any logs or info is required from my end.

Any help would be nice.
