This is a KVM image and it was upgraded this way many times
without any problem before.
You have a couple of really old packages which are now interfering
with the update.
Only two packages are old (fc40 and fc41), not 'really old' in my world.
I am not sure if a manual remove will be OK so I leave it to dnf to decide.
Depending on if a mass rebuild happened for the release, one version
older might be ok, but anything beyond that indicates a problem.
