Simple things first.  Open the case, and look if heatsink fins are
clogged with dust.  If so, that will hinder its cooling efficiency, and
fans will have to run faster trying to work.  Blasting dust out with a
can of compressed air is often the easiest solution (do this outdoors).

Also, look that it's all properly attached.  i.e. Nothing's come loose.
