With the tarrifs crapola this may not be viable any more, but there
were shipping companies in the USA that would give you a pseudo-US
address, for you to buy something on-line, then they'd ship it where
you actually were.

Granted that some people used them for dodgy purposes, but they're also
used for the problem you mention - some suppliers won't ship to certain
places.
