I am getting ready to install Fedora 44 (no Windows needed), and I was
wondering what BIOS options I should change. I would like to have the machine
set up with the ability to hibernate (which I do at least a couple of times a
day).

You machine has an UEFI, not a BIOS. This is important, as the boot process differs here, but Fedora supports both methods.

In terms of security, I see that there are toggle buttons for TPM 2.0 Security,
Key Storage Enabled, Absolute (R), UEFI Boot Path Security (Always Except
Internal HDD), Firmware Device Tamper Detection (Silent), and Pluton Security
Processor services enabled.

Keep the defaults. TPM is not needed for Fedora (but can be used for drive encryption keys etc.).
Fedora also supports SecureBoot.
