The Answer is I have no clue.
From what I understand it worked before the kvm, then it didn't
work after the kvm and kvm_intel were added, so home had to
disable them. Then virtualbox made a modification so it would
work with the kvm_intel and the kvm.
The the irqbypass came into being, and it broke that fix? Not sure if
it was that, or was something in latest kernels.
But now either manually remove the 3 or blacklist them?
Just it was working, and then starting any VM in virtualbox would
shows a kernel panic, and only a hard power button reset would
get it to reboot.
