With a libvirt/qemu/kvm VM, is there any way to change the real-time
clock while the VM is running, or especially in pm suspend-to-mem mode?

I'm trying to see if I a bug with something that seems to happen across
a suspend/resume cycle where the system is asleep for a bit, and I'd
like to test it in a VM without just having to wait. So I'd like to
suspend the VM, jump the VM's RTC ahead, and then wake it, so it thinks
it was down for longer.
