It depends on what version the other repo was providing. Assuming
you've disabled that repo, you could try upgrading or reinstalling
depending on the versions.
2) Can I install gnome-shell-frippery?
It doesn't exist in Fedora. What features are you looking for? There
are several "frippery" extensions. See if those cover it.
