You can run "firewall-cmd --list-all-zones" from a commandline to show all of the configured zones along with any services or ports they currently allow. It should also show which zone(s) are currently active.
Although, that does not list the lo interface at all, but the other interfaces.
I do not have much experience with that, but AFAIK firewalld thinks zone-based and an interface is attached to a zone. As traffic between lo and other interfaces makes no sense, I assume firewalld does not cover this situation.
