I downloaded the install x86_64 DVD and burned it to a DVD. I removed the stock Windows drive and installed a new blank SSD.
The XPS17 will run the entire install process, with or without the Fedora Upgrades selected. When complete it asks to reboot. When it reboots, it gives a no operating system installed error.
