my last two times updating my mail server postfix started and didn't use the definition of /etc/alias.dbm . I ran newaliases && systemctl restart postfix and it saw them. Is there anything in the upgrade that would maybe delete the db? ... odd ... part of my postfix's main.cf ... alias_maps = hash:/etc/aliases alias_database = hash:/etc/aliases g.
