Save the file '50-org.freedesktop.login1.reboot-multiple-sessions.rules'
in the attachment to a dir '/etc/polkit-1/rules.d'.
Create a group 'reboot'
# groupadd reboot
Add your username to this group
# gpasswd -a <USER> reboot
Re-log-in.
