I didn't realize I didn't have it installed... running Fedora21..
ran
# yum install VirtualBox
Installed:
  VirtualBox.x86_64
0:4.3.20-1.fc21                                            

Dependency Installed:
  kmod-VirtualBox-3.17.6-300.fc21.x86_64.x86_64
0:4.3.20-2.fc21.1              

Complete!

yes it is a capital V & B.. it matters..
