All menu item is changed to English but highlited item of menu is
still almost invisible.
I think this is not language problem.
I would not guess that, either.
I have also tried uninstall/reinstall of geany but default langauage
is my language and I'm not sure of this because previous project
opened before uninstall still open after reinstall.
I don't know how Geany is uninstalled in Windows, but I guess the
configuration-files are kept. So you might want to delete them[1]
manually after uninstall and then reinstall Geany.
Please inform me how to solve this problem.

Just to get this right: The colouring was OK before you changed the
language?
