When I just installed it, it still did a warning message, I think it was
something about the program coming from the Internet or some such, FYI.
It just popped up again when I tried to open an .ini file from the
Finder context menu with Geany, it's this one:

I've seen it for other programs, not sure if the one you were referring to.
