I think what the OP was asking was something like this: - Ubuntu 20.04
- Geany 1.36 from the Ubuntu distro, installed with apt install geany - Now 1.37.1 is available. It will be a long time before this hits the Ubuntu repo. What is the best way to install it now, keeping my settings? I'd be interested in the answer to this question myself.
