The line ending symbol is rendered by the Scintilla editing component, an external library.
Maybe it has been changed in some Scintilla version in the past. Do you remember in which Geany version you saw that other symbol? Anyway, we cannot change the icon as said it is rendered by Scintilla. Regards, Enrico P.S.: please don't hijack other threads.
