It sounds like Geany is in full-screen mode and has been moved
so that part of it is off of the screen.

To get it out of full-screen mode, try pressing the F11 key to get it
back to normal size. Note that some keyboards offer additional
functions for theF-keys by providing multimedia mode and function
mode that the user can control with the fn key.. On such a keyboard,
you'd put the keyboard into function mode either by holding the fn
key while pressing the F11 key or by pressing the fn key before
pressing the F11 key.

To move it around on the screen, in Linux, we would hold the Super
key (the Windows key) while "grabbing" the window anywhere with the
left mouse button and dragging it to a different position. If you've
installed a third-party tool like AltDrag on your Windows 11 system,
you can do the same thing using the Alt key instead of the Super key.
If you don't have a tool like that installed, there are several ways
to do it. One of them is to open Geany, press Alt + Space to open the
system menu, press M, and then use the arrow keys to move the window.
