workstation you can use wireshark on the workstation, ssh and tcpdump/tshark to

very basic setup with the three modems; PPPoE, 0/35 on public internet. I
verified that all three modem have same CWMP setup - CWMP enabled and
myserverURL:7547. I checked that ports 7547 and 7567 are open. What puzzles
me is why the TP-Link modem worked (in bridge mode) essentially right out of
the box and the 505s (in router mode) don't.

In my setup, we have a 0/35 and 0/36 pvc setup. The 35 is the public internet,
and the 36 is doing IPoE and vlan'd to our ACS. I have the management server
bound to the interface (atm1.1). Works really well and it allows us to control
the cpe if it's in bridged mode.

one remote. Plus a remote TPLink 8816 modem. I can't get either of the Smartrg
modems to connect with GenieACS via the wan interfaces. The local unit will

Has anybody encountered this issue and if so, did you find a solution?
Also, is there GenieACS log (I couldn't find one) that might provide more
detail on why the connection was refused?
