It looks like I can upload files through the REST API, and see a list of files
that have been uploaded, but I don’t appear to be able to ‘GET’ a file
subsequently.
Is this a hole in the API, or am I doing it wrong? (The Web interface doesn’t
have it, so I suspect that it’s missing).
