HI Miguelet, It looks to me as though the initial BOOTSTRAP INFORM is taking place (hence the subset of parameters) but for some reason GenieACS isn't able to pull down the rest of the parameters. My suggestion is that you enable debugging in parameters.json, then delete the object from GenieACS and allow the CPE to register again. There's a debug directory in the main GenieACS folder that will contain a log for each device once you enable debugging and you should be able to see from that where it's failing.
